The ability to troubleshoot issues with assay performance will be required.</li><li>Be responsible for designing, developing and implementing cellular assays and models for the characterization of cellular phenotypes to support drug discovery and target validation efforts (i.e. compound mechanism of action, selectivity, context ID etc.).</li><li>Independently define and execute best experimental strategies and lab operations to a) deliver interpretable data to test hypothesis, b) address scientific questions or technical problems and c) progress projects.
