Job Description:

• Drive company growth through client acquisition and retention.Find and retain clients for testing and nonclinical studies.
• Strong understanding of the Food or Pharma or other Testing Industry with good contacts within the sector.
• Attend and organize networking events to attract and retain clientele.
• Proactively seek client feedback to ensure exceptional service.
• Increase new client acquisition to meet income targets.

Responsibilities:

• Learn about all our services inside and out.
• Hunt for new clients through various channels.
• Network at events and conferences to find potential clients.Keep current clients happy and explore opportunities to upsell.
• Create compelling proposals and negotiate deals.
• Listen to client feedback and make improvements.
• Stay updated on market trends.
• Develop and discuss business strategies with management.Ramp up company visibility on social media.
• Provide regular updates to management on business inquiries and discussions.

Education:

Diploma/ Graduate/Post Graduate in Science or Pharma or Food Technology Bachelors Degree in Science preferably Food / Pharma Chemistry equivalent technical and business experience.

Salary:

No limit for the right candidate (Variable on the basis of experience)
