Job Description:

1. To receive archiving material, documents and samples from respective department.
2. To verify the archiving material, documents and samples against the archiving request.
3. To intimate department in case of absence of adequate documents against the submitted request.
4. To identify the archiving location for the received material, document and sample and update the master index for file, material or sample location.
5. To archive the material, document and samples as per the request from department and in compliance with the regulatory/customer requirement.

Education:

Diploma/ Graduate/Post Graduate in Science or Pharma or Food Technology Bachelors Degree in Science preferably Food / Pharma Chemistry equivalent technical and business experience.
