Monitorand Drive Change management process: For any changes during the project execution stage.5. Coordinate with 3D ( project Architect) 4D ( Planner) and 5D ( Estimator) to ensure that latest data is available on the BIM platform: Docs and updated Model/drawings with regards to work progress enabling creation of a Digital twin.6. Review and Monitor Deviation analysis : Model data vis-a-vis Point cloud data from Scanner to ensure Quality control (deviation analysis)7. Coordinate with Billing for any Interface/ data deficiency issues in conjunction with SAP.8. To ensure that BIM enabled processes are followed at the Execution site for all sub-roles and functions ( Quality checks using BIM Field/ stores/ safety etc..) in letter and in spirit BE Civil with min.6 to 8 years experience, with actual on site experience in handling Civil/Civil Finishing / MEP activities. Post graduate qualification with a Construction Management background shall be an added advantage.

BIM-VDC Manager&nbsp;GeneralThe BIM-VDC&nbsp;manager ( preferably be an Architect/ civil engineer by core training) shall&nbsp;implement all the procedures in BIM and Digital Construction during the design, construction, and handover of a project.As a BIM manager, shall oversee all the stages in a construction project, from planning and design to construction and completion.Collaborate with project planners, designers, engineers, quality and quantity surveyors, and many other project stakeholders with the goal of sharing project information and making data-driven decisions.&nbsp;Role responsibilities:a. Creating 3D and 4D models (sometimes all the way to 6D) to provide a helping hand to project planners.b. Assisting estimators and quantity surveyors.c. Creating 3D logistics plans.d. Helping engineers create perfect designs with the help of 3D concept imagery.e. Model health check, review models for sufficiency of information and drive Modelling methodologies for various projects to aid construction.f. Processing all the information in the cloud and extracting the necessary information as required by various stakeholders.&nbsp;The ideal candidate should have 1. Atleast 8 to 10 years of experience working in the BIM-VDC environment with a leading BIM consultancy firm/ real estate developer with&nbsp;exposure to high rise&nbsp;mixed use residential/ hospitality building projects. Strong international experience would be an advantage.2. Must be capable of leading a team of 6 to 7 BIM modellers for all inhouse works.3. Strong competency in usage of 3D modelling wnd associated tools- Revit + Navisworks and equivalent for&nbsp;Architectural, Civil finishing, Basic structure, Facade, Civil interiors and MEPF disciplines4. In depth understanding of all dimensions&nbsp;of project's&nbsp;operational lifecycle ( 3D to 6D)&nbsp;is a strong plus.5.
