The consultant being a recruiting agency with experienced persons in identifying potential candidates, setting up interviews, conducting examinations, and assessing the potential of such candidates and undertaking all the relevant activities of the business hereby performs the following services in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement: 

The ideal candidate will have substantial exposure to monthly closing processes, forecasting and budgeting, and customer billing.
