IT Support Engineer Responsibilities
· Install and configure Hardware, software, networking and computer systems.
· Troubleshoot and resolve issues with software or hardware and basic networking issues
· Clients through steps to help them resolve their technical problems mails /outlook/Printer
· Maintain procedures and reports that provide technical support to the entire organization.
· Analyze records and logs to spot underlying trends and potential issues.
· Support the implementation of new solutions or applications.
· Provide daily support to users of various computer systems including answering questions, analyzing problems, and quickly forming solutions to return systems to proper operation.
· Trouble Shooting experience on Mail Client Outlook is MANDATORY
· Working knowledge of PC and operating systems and Microsoft Office Applications
· Install and maintain hardware, software, and other equipment to meet client requirements, routinely observe operational performance, and install security patches and updates when necessary.
· Troubleshooting issues related to standard office softwares (MS Office Word, Xls, PowerPoint etc.) and internet client
· Remove virus from respective desktop / laptop with the antivirus software updates.
