Role Description:We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Support Executive/Telecaller to join our team.The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing information about our educational programs, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:1. Handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer inquiries.2. Assist customers with queries about our programs and services.3. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly.4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.5. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.6.
