Role Overview:

• Act as a point of contact for employees to note their concerns and queries in the absence of the HR representative.
• Ensure timely communication of these concerns to the HR team for resolution.
• Support the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates and stakeholders.
• Assist in organizing and managing employee engagement activities.
• Help draft official communication, emails, and HR-related documentation.
• Assist in maintaining and organizing HR files and documentation.
