Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Pune. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, fostering employee relations, and overseeing general HR management tasks. The role also includes ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies, conducting performance reviews, and supporting recruitment and onboarding processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Management and HR Operations
• Strong skills in Employee Relations and HR Policies & Payroll
• Proficiency in general Human Resources (HR) tasks
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Pune
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in the education or technology sector is a plus
