This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. The Junior Sales Representative will work on cold calling prospects from a provided pool of organic leads, aiming to meet sales targets set by the team lead. The role involves reporting daily progress and adapting to flexible working hours in line with company needs. Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Professor for Content Development &amp; Education at Error Makes Clever in Chennai. The role involves creating educational content, developing courses, and teaching students on corporate technologies in Tamil. Roles &amp; responsibilities<ul><li>Design and develop comprehensive IT curricula that align with educational standards and learning objectives.</li><li>Create engaging instructional materials, including lesson plans, activities, assessments, and multimedia resources.</li><li>Incorporate educational technology tools and platforms to enhance curriculum delivery and management.</li><li>Conduct needs assessments and learner analyses to inform curriculum development.</li><li>Collaborate with educators, trainers, and other stakeholders to gather feedback and refine curriculum content.</li><li>Stay current with industry trends and advancements in educational practices and technologies.</li></ul> Qualifications<ul><li>Education in Content Development, Education, or related field</li><li>Proficiency in Tamil language</li><li>Experience in creating educational content and developing courses</li><li>Csc or IT Background Preferred</li><li>Strong presentation and teaching skills</li><li>Knowledge of corporate technologies</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li></ul>
