Role Description:

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Content Lead to oversee our entire content ecosystem. This role requires a blend of creativity, leadership, and analytical thinking to manage content production, approval processes, and team coordination. The ideal candidate is someone who can lead a team of content creators, manage social media strategies, and drive innovation in content marketing.

Roles & responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with brand goals.
• Lead and manage a team of content creators (Reels, Shorts,etc.).
• Review and approve scripts and content to ensure quality and brand consistency.
• Oversee and collaborate with social media managers to optimize content distribution and engagement.
• Analyze content performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Stay ahead of digital trends to innovate and experiment with new content formats.
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, design, and production teams to enhance content output.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (1+ years) in content strategy, social media management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of short-form content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok, etc.).
• Excellent leadership skills with experience in team management and collaboration.
• Ability to balance creativity with data-driven decision-making.
• Strong storytelling, writing, and editorial skills.
• Knowledge of content marketing trends and platform algorithms.
