Regularly update business information, respond to customer reviews,and maintain a positive online reputation.10) SEO: Conduct keyword research and develop SEO strategies to improve organic searchrankings. Optimize website content, meta tags, and other on-page elements to enhancevisibility. Stay updated with search engine algorithms and industry trends to implement bestpractices.11) Utilize WhatsApp Business for effective customer communication, lead generation, andsales. Develop strategies to engage customers, send targeted messages, and handlecustomer queries efficiently.12) Collaborate with the web development team to enhance the user experience andfunctionality of the online shop or website.13) Optimize product descriptions, images, and other elements to improve conversion rates.14) Liaise with external agencies or vendors for digital marketing activities, such as contentcreation, paid advertising, or SEO.15) Manage relationships, ensure timely deliverables, and maintain quality standards.16) Create and manage a blog section on the website, focusing on industry-related topics,trends, and informative content.
