Job Overview


We are looking for a Customer Relationship And CRM Executive to join our team at Jos Alukkas Group. As a Customer Relationship And CRM Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers and ensuring their satisfaction. This role is based in Thrissur, Kerala, India, and requires 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role. The employment type is full-time.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar customer relationship or CRM role
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Proficient in using CRM software
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in customer data management
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of the luxury goods and jewelry industry is a plus


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide appropriate solutions
  • Manage customer data and ensure its accuracy in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and resolve issues
  • Assist in the development and implementation of CRM strategies
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and improve customer experience
  • Prepare reports on customer interactions and provide insights to management
  • Ensure timely and effective communication with customers
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competition to provide valuable recommendations
