Role &amp; Responsibilities• Prepare &amp; format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails,presentations, reports, financial statements, letters, and other documents.• Handling basic bookkeeping tasks.• Organize and maintain the Filing system and retrieving corporate records, documents,and reports.• Researching and conducting data to prepare documents for review and presentation bydirector.• Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other externalpartners• Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner• Managing Director calendars and set up meetings• Accurately recording minutes from meetings.• Using various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, andpresentation software.• Reading and analysing incoming memos, submissions, and distributing them as needed.• Make travel and accommodation arrangements• Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports
