Job Overview We are looking for a talented and motivated Executive - HR to join our team at Thanal, a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting sustainable development. As an Executive - HR, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our organization. This is a full-time position based in Kozhikode, Kerala, India. Qualifications and Skills <ul><li>Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.</li><li>1-3 years of experience in HR.</li><li>Strong knowledge of recruiting and onboarding processes.</li><li>Proficient in payroll processing and HRIS software.</li><li>Familiarity with disciplinary and grievance procedures.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.</li><li>Detail-oriented and highly organized.</li><li>Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively.</li><li>Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.</li><li>Should be fluent in English, Hindi and Malayalam.</li></ul> Roles and Responsibilities <ul><li>Assist in recruiting and onboarding process, including drafting job descriptions, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.</li><li>Manage and maintain employee records and HR databases.</li><li>Coordinate payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payments.</li><li>Administer disciplinary and grievance procedures in accordance with company policies.</li><li>Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to employees.</li><li>Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive work culture.</li><li>Assist in planning and conducting employee training programs.</li><li>Stay updated on HR best practices and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.</li><li>Support HR team with various administrative tasks as needed.</li></ul>
