Objective -To act as a commercial estate agent to the prospect and help them make the investment in commercial properties. You will be on the front end calling the customers, understanding their finances and offering the best solutions from the available resources. Understand the property investment/ buying need and then accordingly educate the prospect regarding the properties which match with their budgets and expectations.3. Having a good understanding of the connectivity, amenities, locations and the configuration.4. Continuous upgrading oneself on the neighboring projects.5. Inviting the prospects for the site visit.6. <ul><li>Responsible for lead management in CRM and ensuring timely follow-up with leads</li><li>Maintain and update CRM database with client information and status</li><li>Communicate effectively with sales associates via phone, email, and other communication channels</li><li>Ensure seamless communication between internal teams and clients</li><li>Handle client queries and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner</li><li>Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of leads and follow-up on sales activities</li><li>Create and maintain reports on lead status, sales activity, and client communication</li><li>Provide support to the sales team as needed</li><li>Continuously update CRM processes and procedures to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Minimum of 1 year of experience in CRM in a channel partner or developer firm</li><li>Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred</li><li>Knowledge of CRM software and lead management processes</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and in a team environment</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively</li><li>Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes</li></ul>
