Work closely with various stakeholders to ensure an effective and integrated approach to casualty reduction. 11. Respond to requests and queries from associates in a helpful and constructive way. 12. Be mindful of the environment and the needs and safety of vulnerable road users, including children, pedestrians, cyclists and disabled and elderly people. 13. Lead Safety risk assessment at warehouses and guide the teams on implementation of the effective control measures for identified risks. 14. Preparation and implementation of Management action plan for closing the gaps identified during assessment. 15. Follow and track progress of defined action plans. Escalate challenges and delays to bring the action plan back on track. 16. Preparation and sharing of weekly &amp; monthly dashboard to all the leadership team.17.
