Basic KRA’ include : <ul><li>Lead the overall Content Marketing &amp; mentor a team to produce top -notch engaging content.</li><li>Curate, edit &amp; manage content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube etc.</li><li>Leading &amp; building a social media strategy as a part of the overall content marketing roadmap.</li><li>Work cross functionally with Social, Content, PR &amp; Creative partners to inspire &amp; raise the bar on marketing creatives.</li><li>Ideation &amp; brainstorming for new business &amp; contribution to business pitches.</li><li>Work in sync with the Creative team for design elements befitting content strategy requirements.</li><li>Work with clients to create social media strategies that collaborate with marketing, PR and advertising campaigns, research top influencers, competitors, and trends in clients' industries.</li><li>Monitor the digital space to maintain healthy traction.</li></ul> Mandatories : <ul><li>&nbsp;Should be well versed with the content algorithm of TikTok , YouTube and Instagram.</li><li>Ability to hire, manage, mentor and inspire a team of content marketing professionals</li><li>Prior experience in working with Media agencies ( preferably an influencer agency).</li><li>Proven knowledge and execution of successful digital strategies.</li><li>Focused and goal-oriented.</li><li>A creative mind who can imagine and mould a ‘seed idea’ into different formats &amp; genres.</li><li>Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.</li><li>Proficiency with popular content management systems.</li><li>Creativity &amp; ability to manage original engaging content.</li></ul>&nbsp;Immediate joiners will be most preferred.Location - NoidaWork Mode - Work from Office
