We are urgently hiring for a Content Head for our Noida office.
Basic KRA’ include :
- Lead the overall Content Marketing & mentor a team to produce top -notch engaging content.
- Curate, edit & manage content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube etc.
- Leading & building a social media strategy as a part of the overall content marketing roadmap.
- Work cross functionally with Social, Content, PR & Creative partners to inspire & raise the bar on marketing creatives.
- Ideation & brainstorming for new business & contribution to business pitches.
- Work in sync with the Creative team for design elements befitting content strategy requirements.
- Work with clients to create social media strategies that collaborate with marketing, PR and advertising campaigns, research top influencers, competitors, and trends in clients' industries.
- Monitor the digital space to maintain healthy traction.
Mandatories :
- Should be well versed with the content algorithm of TikTok , YouTube and Instagram.
- Ability to hire, manage, mentor and inspire a team of content marketing professionals
- Prior experience in working with Media agencies ( preferably an influencer agency).
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful digital strategies.
- Focused and goal-oriented.
- A creative mind who can imagine and mould a ‘seed idea’ into different formats & genres.
- Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Proficiency with popular content management systems.
- Creativity & ability to manage original engaging content.
Immediate joiners will be most preferred.
