Qualifications and Skills

Junior: 0 to 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Roles and Responsibilities

Perform general office duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing office supplies.
Assist with the preparation and coordination of meetings, conferences, and events.
Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring proper distribution and timely delivery.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
Manage travel arrangements and expenses for staff members.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost professionalism and discretion.
Support the HR department with various tasks, including recruitment and onboarding processes.
Assist in the coordination of office maintenance and repairs.
