Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the Staffing & Recruiting industry
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to generate business opportunities and increase revenue
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication and networking
• Identify market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies and tactics accordingly
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts
• Negotiate and close deals with clients to meet or exceed sales targets
