Tooling &amp; Equipment Program Buyer &nbsp;( Engineer,Sr, Engineer, Asst Manager) <h3>Essential responsibilities and duties</h3>The T&amp;E Program Buyer is responsible for managing interface between program and suppliers for a program with different levels of complexity, including multiple Faurecia plant locations; various start of production dates.The role of the T&amp;E Program Buyer is to anticipate the specific requirements for new programs in term of tooling and equipment dedicated for our internal production (supplier technologies, geographical location and target costs), ensure the commodity panel strategy is appropriate to support the program, select and pilot suppliers from the agreed supplier panel in order to achieve Program objectives. The T&amp;E Program Buyer is an extension of the program core team.&nbsp;The main missions of the role are:o&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Getting information for T&amp;E scope thru Program Kick Off presentation &amp; T&amp;E List from Program Mfg. <h3>BOP (Buy out parts) Costing Analyst</h3><h3> </h3>&nbsp; <h3>Description :</h3>The BOP Costing analyst is in charge of establishing a target cost and a benchmark cost recommendation for the buy out parts, used for RFQ, sourcing, till end of serial life phases, in alignment with the benchmark strategy defined at Business Group level regarding supplier panel, production processes, and cost structure. The main missions of the role are to:&nbsp;▪&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Provide benchmark cost targets to Division purchasing teams at RFQ and sourcing phases, in line with Strategy defined between Global commodities and BG Costing team o&nbsp;&nbsp;Follow costing tools and procedure for BOP’s o&nbsp;&nbsp;Calculate and report the gap to benchmark for BOP sourced on a monthly basis▪&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Provide reliability gap to benchmark reporting in serial life and communicate it to all internal customers (Divisions managers, Purchasing managers) of the Division:o&nbsp;&nbsp;Calculate the gap to benchmark for all BOP purchased on a monthly basiso&nbsp;&nbsp;Ensure all benchmark and actual data are accurate in the target costing tools·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Audit suppliers cost structure, identify main gaps and support commodity purchasing teams action plans to close the gaps.o&nbsp;&nbsp;Co-lead with relevant commodity purchasing teams all suppliers cost structure audits and consolidate the informations within the costing and purchasing network.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Exchange with global BOP costing network all relevant informations and analysis in order to continuously improve the benchmark simulation environment:o&nbsp;&nbsp;Participate to the benchmark activities of competitors systems or new value spaces systems and provide accurate costs estimates for BOP.▪&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Otherso&nbsp;&nbsp;Coach the purchasing team on costing fundamentals and audits methodologyo&nbsp;&nbsp;Sensibilize operationals, plant controllers, program controllers to BOP costing targets&nbsp;&nbsp; <h3>Qualifications : </h3>The ideal candidate will have/be:o&nbsp;&nbsp;Bachelor's degree in engineering or Associate's degree in engineering, with a specialisation in Production or technical purchasingo&nbsp;&nbsp;Minimum 5/8 years relevant experience in an industrial environment including a first technical experience (production, manufacturing engineering,…)o&nbsp;&nbsp;Commodity: Basic knowledge on Stampings, Tubing etc. o&nbsp;&nbsp;Technical products oriented &amp; finance basics understanding o&nbsp;&nbsp;Demonstrated strong communication skills, analytical and synthetis skillso&nbsp;&nbsp;Fluent in englisho&nbsp;&nbsp;Global Mindset &amp; exposure to international environment
