*Research Market to understand potential data sources and data providers * Work with third party to develop data procurement/sourcing alliance. Explore Win-Win relationship with partnership *In case where direct data/information is not available based on internal Product needs, develop potential partners who can build that data * Forming business partnerships with Industry Leaders, Corporates to develop data sharing in a collaboration/barter system * Develop long term relationship with partners and key industry organizations *Active involve in Commercial negotiations, agreement closure, end to end process flow for third party partnership and data procurement * Support leadership team in Cost Analysis for data products by preparing relevant metrics and industry benchmarks *Support in End to end API integrations for making a product or a service go live * Handling user queries from support function * Meetings with key personnel of business vendors for business discussions * Participate in Events, Marketing initiatives with Product Counterparts, CEO and Business Heads

·&nbsp;Preparation of new product offers and defining user experience on the products·&nbsp;Responsible for product /services strategy and product re-positioning using market, customer and product management information ·&nbsp;Provide inputs on high quality product and develop marketing collaterals (data sheets, white papers, competitor analysis, case study, PDD, capability papers etc)&nbsp;·&nbsp;Documentation of high level and low-level Product Specification·&nbsp;Comply to the legal requirement are met in terms of certification, trademarks, documentation, reports, operations nationally • Drive product and service road maps. Champion new product/service initiatives.·&nbsp;Keeping tab on market trends / potential / competitive updates.·&nbsp;Interact with users, other portfolios, and vendors for full life cycle of product.·&nbsp;Responsible for customer relationship management, product demonstration, business alliances . Provide field support to front-line teams like Sales, Account Managers, and Pre Sales etc as a product champion on demo’s and answering RFP/RFI·&nbsp;Training the field team on Products/Services and their features·&nbsp;Marketing communication Budgeting, other marcomm activities like monitoring brochure designing, corporate penetrations and aligning separate strategies for CEO and IT HeadClosely working with Business head for conceptualization and creation of new business and product lines

*Supervising the day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members. • Ensure information on the system and space details are shared with the Management on a daily basis. • Purchase of all hygiene items like handwashes, sanitizers, cleaning detergents, etc. are available. Maintain stock records of all such procurements and their use age in a register • Oversee complete facilities • Ensure that the workstations are available for all new joiners. Record of status of workstations to be maintained by the admin supervisor on a daily basis and shared with the Management daily • Coordinate to get the AMC for A/cs, Fire Extinguishers, CCTV, Bio Metrics in place. • Maintain the service schedule for all the AMC Vendors and coordinate to carry them out. • Managing all tasks on a daily basis to ensure smooth running of operations. • Taking up all tasks assigned by Directors / Senior Managers / Supervisors.
