Job description: We are looking for a reliable Office Administrator. The ideal candidate will be in charge of the organization and efficiency of daily office operations. From scheduling client meetings, to communicating between departments, you will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy. Responsibilities • Manage the reception area and staff to ensure effective communication both internally and externally. Provide office guests with a hospitable experience. • Supervise the maintenance of office areas, equipment, and facilities. Track stocks of office supplies and place order when necessary. • They will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently. Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies. • Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.). •Manage all accounting transactions.
