The ideal candidate will be in charge of the organization and efficiency of daily office operations. From scheduling client meetings, to communicating between departments, you will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner.
Responsibilities
• Manage the reception area and staff to ensure effective
communication both internally and externally. Provide office guests with a hospitable experience.
• Supervise the maintenance of office areas, equipment, anda facilities. Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
• They will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently. Coordinate office activities and operations to secure
efficiency and compliance to company policies.
• Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
• Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.).
•Manage all accounting transactions. Co-ordinate with
accountant for taxation purposes. • Publish Monthly financial statements in time.
• Manage Client Billing & Salary payment details
• Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
• Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
