Job Description: Telecaller Job Summary:As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for receiving and reaching out to potential and existing customers over the phone, providing them with information about products and services, and persuading them to make a purchase or take a desired action. Your role will involve effective communication, rapport building, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. Job Responsibilities:Inbound Calling: Attending prospective and existing customers sales and enquiry calls.&nbsp;Outbound Calling: Place outbound calls to prospective or existing customers with the goal of taking review for the product and service, promoting products, services, or obtaining information.Product/Service Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of the products or services being offered in order to answer customer questions and address their concerns effectively.Pitching and Presentation: Clearly and persuasively present product or service information to customers, highlighting its benefits and addressing any objections.Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, building rapport and maintaining a positive customer experience.Handling Objections: Listen to customer concerns or objections and address them with appropriate solutions or information to maintain interest.Data Management: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.Feedback and Reporting: Provide feedback on customer responses and insights gained from calls to help refine sales strategies.Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and other departments to achieve overall organizational goals.Professionalism: Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during all customer interactions.
