Job Description: Telecaller Job Summary:As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for receiving and reaching out to potential and existing customers over the phone, providing them with information about products and services, and persuading them to make a purchase or take a desired action. Your role will involve effective communication, rapport building, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. Job Responsibilities:Inbound Calling: Attending prospective and existing customers sales and enquiry calls.&nbsp;Outbound Calling: Place outbound calls to prospective or existing customers with the goal of taking review for the product and service, promoting products, services, or obtaining information.Product/Service Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of the products or services being offered in order to answer customer questions and address their concerns effectively.Pitching and Presentation: Clearly and persuasively present product or service information to customers, highlighting its benefits and addressing any objections.Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, building rapport and maintaining a positive customer experience.Handling Objections: Listen to customer concerns or objections and address them with appropriate solutions or information to maintain interest.Data Management: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.Feedback and Reporting: Provide feedback on customer responses and insights gained from calls to help refine sales strategies.Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and other departments to achieve overall organizational goals.Professionalism: Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during all customer interactions. A Quality Control Chemist prepares and tests samples from all phases of the manufacturing process to ensure that the product quality meets the standards, prepares documents that report test results and is responsible for preserving workplace safety while handling hazardous materials Job role and responsibilities:&nbsp;- Assist in QC stability testing , prepare and maintain stability records and summaries.- Modify and validate analytical procedures to meet QCs needs.-&nbsp;Support design and development of experimental protocols, SOPs, etc.- Adapt, maintain and operate analytical instrumentation.- To carry out the RM, FG and In-process analysis of the product- To follow the Safety, GMP and ISO standards practices&nbsp;- To monitor GLP status of QA laboratory- To attend the Troubleshoot and handle the COA generation- To sample Incoming, in-process and finished goods analysis- To carry out analysis of Incoming, in-process and finished goods analysis as per specification and method of analysis-To Monitor process conditions as defined in manual Job requirement:&nbsp;- Should be a B.Sc. / M.Sc. - Chemistry with 2 years of experience as QC Chemist / Lab Chemist.
