Job requirement: 

- Develop and drive Quality Culture in the organisation.  

- Develop quality control policies and standards for the company to follow.  

- Monitor day to day quality activities such as RM, PM, FG analysis and release as per the standards. 

- Develop and drive continuous improvement plan with respect to QMS.

- Handle customer complaints and ensure complaint closure within stipulated time. 

- Reduction of customer complaints and product quality improvement

Should be well versed with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) Should have excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
