Ø&nbsp;Motivating the team to ensure the sales target in met.Ø&nbsp;Briefing the team on a daily basis to ensure the team understands the importance SOPs Ø&nbsp;Ensure the team is groomed to move to the next level.Ø&nbsp;Grievance handling &amp; solving issues.Ø&nbsp;Ensure the Training Certification of team members.&nbsp;Process Indicators:Ø&nbsp;Ensuring all the documentation related to the café is done on time (Sales Reports/ Café Registers).Ø&nbsp;Ensuring the Quality Audits done on day to day basis.Ø&nbsp;Implementation of SOPs.Ø&nbsp;Efficient utilization of the manpower by means of effective charting out the duty rooster.Ø&nbsp;Integrity, cost controllable &amp; Waste Management.Ø&nbsp;Ensuring 90% score in the Management Visit Report. &nbsp;Customer orientation:&nbsp;Ø&nbsp;Ensure all the Customer complaints are resolved.Ø&nbsp;Analysis of Customer database complaints &amp; drive the footfall in the cafes.Ø&nbsp;Ensuring the MAST &amp; SOPs is followed by the team in the café to drive customer focus.Ø&nbsp;Ensuring the Training norms are met.Ø&nbsp;Ensuring 90% score in the Management Visit Report.&nbsp;&nbsp;
