Responsibilities

As the Team Leader for DELIVERY EXECUTIVE Hiring and Fleet MANAGEMENT, you will be at the helm of building and nurturing a skilled team of riders to serve our client's dedicated store. Your key responsibilities will include:

Identifying and recruiting talented riders who align with our client's specific requirements and culture.

Collaborating closely with our client to understand their needs and ensure seamless onboarding of riders.

Leading by example and motivating the team to achieve delivery targets and exceed customer expectations.

Driving the daily live percentage of riders under your leadership to optimize delivery efficiency and reliability.

Following up with Rider and Ensure Rider are Live 

Manage EV Bikes Riders Fleet of the Assigned Territory

Qualifications

Experience in operations management and team management skills

Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills

Experience in fleet management and logistics operations

Knowledge of the electric vehicle industry and last-mile logistics is a plus

Excellent analytical skills

Proficiency in Kannada English and Hindi
