👉 Responsibilities: 

As the Team Leader for Rider Recruitment, you will be at the helm of building and nurturing a skilled team of riders to serve our client's dedicated store. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Identifying and recruiting talented riders who align with our client's specific requirements and culture.

- Collaborating closely with our client to understand their needs and ensure seamless onboarding of riders.

- Leading by example and motivating the team to achieve delivery targets and exceed customer expectations.

- Driving the daily live percentage of riders under your leadership to optimize delivery efficiency and reliability.

📈 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Your success in this role will be measured by the daily live percentage of the riders you manage. A high live percentage will be crucial in meeting our client's delivery goals and cementing our position as a reliable logistics partner.
