Job Overview

Zwayam is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Product Manager to join our team in Pune. This is a full-time position, requiring 7 to 10 years of proven work experience in product management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading our product strategy and ensuring our products meet market demands and customer needs.

• Demonstrated expertise in product strategy, with a strong ability to envision and execute product plans that align with company goals.
• Proficiency in conducting comprehensive market research to identify customer needs and assess competitive market landscape.
• Proven project management skills including managing timelines, resources, and cross-functional teams effectively.
• Strong data analysis capabilities to inform product decisions and measure the success of product initiatives.
• Experience in stakeholder management, effectively communicating with and influencing internal and external partners.
• Solid understanding of UX/UI design principles to ensure product usability and enhance customer experience.
• Experience with agile methodologies and ability to work in an agile development environment to deliver products quickly and efficiently.
• Competence in product roadmapping and defining clear product vision and roadmap in line with business goals.

Roles and Responsibilities
