  • Interviewing.
  • Recruitment of Candidates.
  • Onboarding the new employee.
  • Providing new employees with all relevant documentation needed, such as the employee handbook, paperwork that needs to be completed on the first day of employment, and information regarding office policies and procedures and employee benefits.
  • Maintain Employee records (IDs, Employee contracts...) & update internal databases (Ex. Sick leave, Maternity leave...).
  • Arrange appropriate person and Demonstrate how office-wide software works and where to finds the relevant records and files that will be needed for the employees position.
  • Introducing new employee to the other employees and showing the new employees about our working system and how to request for any supplies.
  • Reviewing & Renewing Companies Policies.
  • Monitoring Employee Performance.
  • Attendance.
  • Payroll Processing.
  • Answer Employees query about HR-related issues.
  • Documentation & completing the exit formalities for Leaving employees.
