ZRPL is looking to expand its Product and Design team. This team is responsible for managing user experience in web-app for Student Purchase Program (https://www.studentpurchaseprogram.com/) and Employee Purchase Program (https://zepp.employeeprogram.in/) websites.

Roles & responsibilities:

●    Craft every detail of new and existing product features, from understanding the customer pain point

to defining wireframes, high definition prototypes and finally working with the technology team to

taking it live

●    Partner closely with our Product, Marketing and Technology teams to understand what users need, want, and love about the product

●    Use data to plan and define optimal user experience

●    Create design systems that help with a common design language across the entire product portfolio

●    Lead design grooming sessions with developers

Skills:

●    2-4 years of UI/UX design experience for B2C/D2C ecommerce product

●    Track record of of building products from scratch and taking ownership of design output

●      Take pride in whatever work you do. Feel a sense of pride in building things that are clearly 

valued by the customer. Aim for pixel perfection

●    Be tech aware to understand the logic behind how systems function and create design

solutions with technical ramifications in mind

●      Believes deeply in data driven decision making and experimentation

Qualifications and Education: Bachelor in Design / Master in Design

Working Hours: Monday - Friday between 9 AM – 6 PM or 10 AM – 7 PM.
