ZRPL is looking to expand its Product team. This team is responsible for shaping the future of core ZEPP product - right from defining the vision, the strategy, and the roadmap, to overseeing the end-to-end execution, tracking the adoption and working with GTM teams to market, sell and support the product. Roles & responsibilities:

●    Define the vision, strategy and roadmap for ZRPL web-app product for students and corporate employees

●    Drive the prioritization, scope, and schedule of product activities, working closely with Engineering, Design, Operations, Support

●    Work closely with customers to understand their problem and make sure the product meets their needs

●    Develop consensus among stakeholders for product strategies and initiatives

●    Facilitate customer involvement in collecting product feedback and driving it to actionable insights

Skills:

●    1-3 years of hands-on product management experience in successfully building, launching and managing B2C/D2C ecommerce product

●    Track record of of building products from scratch and taking ownership of outcome

●      Metrics oriented, data-driven and analytical

●    Good understanding of APIs

●    Keen eye for design, detail-oriented and strong empathy for users

●      Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced startup environment

Qualifications and Education: BE/BTech/MBA

Working Hours: Monday - Friday between 9 AM – 6 PM or 10 AM – 7 PM.
