Role and Responsibilities – Procurement Specialist

·       Developing and maintaining strong and productive relationships with existing and new vendors

·       Develop new lines of buying and establishing new lines of vendors/brands

·       Performing the necessary quality checks for the new products

·       Responsible for market research and analysis to keep track of the pricing differences, various discount schemes and latest trends by our competitors. End to end responsibility for inventory on-boarding.

·       Working closely with Sales and other cross functional team and maintaining a cordial relationship

·       The ability to analyse and recommend changes when required

·      Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in cross functional environment

Skills/Competencies required:

§ An eye for detail.

§ Head for numbers.

§ Analytical bent of mind.

§ Understanding co-relation between data (input vs. output)

§ Drive for results and pro-activeness

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

Graduate in any stream.

Working Hours: Monday - Saturday between 9 AM – 6 PM or 10 AM to 7 PM
