Role and Responsibilities – Customer Support Executive
· Coordinates with the customers by replying emails.
· Answers customer calls for end-to-end resolution of all issues.
· Communication with the team for timely resolution.
Performance will be measured based on the a) quality of deliverables, b) actual results and c) behavior / attitude
During the 6 months of internship if the candidates perform as per our expectations, he/she may be hired in the company into a full-time position.
Skills/Competencies required:
§ An eye for detail.
§ Head for numbers.
§ Analytical bent of mind.
§ Understanding co-relation between data (input vs. output)
§ Drive for results and pro-activeness
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Graduate in any stream.
Stipend: Interns eligibility for stipend will be dependent upon role, candidate’s capabilities, and background.
Duration: Internship program would be for a minimum of 6 months. Post the internship period, if the candidate has performed well, he/she would be given a placement offer in the organization.
Working Hours: Interns would be working from Monday - Saturday between 9 AM – 6 PM.
