Job Overview:

As a Sales Executive at ZO Space, you will be instrumental in driving sales and revenue growth across our commercial real estate, coworking, and managed office spaces. Your role will involve field-based selling directly to customers, with a focus on understanding their requirements, providing in-depth analysis of real estate projects, and closing deals. We are seeking a dynamic and ethical individual with strong analytical capabilities and a passion for customer satisfaction with a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to integrity.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on System Generated Qualified leads.
  • Conduct field-based selling directly to customers, understanding their requirements and proposing suitable options.
  • Manage site visits, meetings, negotiations, and closures with clients.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders across departments.
  • Demonstrate strong pipeline management and forecasting abilities.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
  • Negotiate and close deals with formal quotes and proposals.
  • Utilize CRM for outreach to potential buyers and HNIs.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and property portfolio status.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial real estate, coworking, and managed office sectors.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, property owners, developers, and investors.
  • Understand clients' needs and preferences to offer tailored solutions and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Promote commercial real estate, coworking, and managed office spaces through various marketing channels.
  • Conduct property tours, presentations, and negotiations to showcase the unique features
  • and benefits of each property.
  • Generate leads through proactive prospecting, networking, and referrals.
  • Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to the management team for strategic decision-making.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's and Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales, with a focus on commercial real estate, coworking, or managed offices.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
