Job Summary:

The Operations Executive will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our coworking space. This individual will be responsible for overseeing daily activities, managing facilities, and providing exceptional service to our members. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and passionate about creating a positive coworking experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the coworking space.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for regular maintenance and repairs.
  • Ensure all equipment and amenities are in good working condition.
  • Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective members.
  • Handle member inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
  • Assist with onboarding new members and conducting tours of the facility.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies and refreshments.
  • Plan and coordinate community events, workshops, and networking activities & ensure events run smoothly and meet member expectations.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases for memberships, billing, and communications.
  • Prepare reports on space utilization, member feedback, and operational performance.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations & conduct regular safety inspections and emergency drills.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in operations, facilities management, or customer service, preferably in a coworking or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
