Job Overview:

As a Pre-Sales Specialist at ZO Space, you will play a crucial role in our sales process by identifying and qualifying potential leads before they are passed on to the sales team. You will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and determining their level of interest and readiness to move forward in the sales funnel with a knack for communication, strong analytical skills, and the ability to identify qualified leads efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:

 Engage with inbound and outbound leads through various communication channels,

including phone calls, emails, and online chats.

 Conduct thorough assessments of leads based on predefined criteria and qualifying

questions.

 Gather essential information from leads to understand their needs, budget, timeline, and

level of interest.

 Determine the readiness of leads to progress through the sales funnel by evaluating their

responses and engagement level.

 Provide accurate and relevant information to leads about our services to help them make

informed decisions.

 Disqualify leads that do not meet the predefined criteria or exhibit low interest or urgency.

 Document lead interactions, including notes, actions taken, and next steps, in CRM or lead management systems.

 Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads for

further nurturing or conversion.

 Continuously optimize the lead qualification process based on feedback, data analysis, and changing business needs.


Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.

 1-3 years of experience in sales, lead qualification, or pre-sales roles.

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with

leads.

 Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions to gather relevant

information.

 Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate and prioritize leads efficiently.

 Familiarity with CRM or lead management systems is a plus.

 Proactive attitude with a results-oriented approach to work.

 Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
