Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team and take the lead in driving sales growth. This full-time hybrid role is based in Gurgaon and requires expertise in B2B and SaaS sales, with a strong proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Qualifications and Skills

  • B2B Sales Experience: Proven ability to drive sales in a B2B environment (Mandatory)
  • SaaS Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in SaaS sales (Mandatory)
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Zoho CRM: Expert-level knowledge (Mandatory)
  • Strategic Planning: Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
  • Business Development: Experience in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Excellent Communication: Strong skills in client and team interactions
  • Outreach Expertise: Skilled in engaging potential clients across multiple channels
  • Customer-Centric: Ability to understand customer needs and customize solutions


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities across various channels
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients
  • Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator to connect with potential clients
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement targeted campaigns
  • Lead meetings and presentations to showcase Ottermap's solutions to potential clients
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities
  • Provide regular sales reports and insights to senior management


  • Note: The working hours for this role are from 6:00 P.M. to 3:00 A.M.
