Hiring Accounts & Finance - Manager / AM - Vasai


Position: Accounts & Finance - Manager / AM

Reporting to: HOD / Director

Dept: Accounts & Finance

Location: Vasai

Experience: 3-5 Years in private limited companies in compliance

Industry: Any industry

Qualification: BAF/B.Com/M.Com/Inter CA/MBA in finance

Gender: Male Only

Age: upto 30 to 35 Years

Candidate Location: Vasai to Borivali


Roles

• Manages the accounting team for financial reporting, billing, collections, payroll, and budget preparation.

• Coordinates training programs for new staff and identifies training needs for current staff.

Responsibilities

• Establishes internal controls and guidelines for accounting transactions and budget preparation.

• Oversees preparation of business activity reports, financial forecasts, and annual budgets.

• Oversees the production of periodic financial reports; ensures that the reported results comply with generally

accepted accounting principles or financial reporting standards.

• Responsible for tax planning throughout the fiscal year; files annual corporate tax return.

• Audits accounts to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations; coordinates with outside auditors and

provides needed information for the annual external audit.

• Presents recommendations to management on short- and long-term financial objectives and policies.

• Provides financial analysis with an emphasis on capital investments, pricing decisions, and contract negotiations.

• Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal government requirements/ROC.

• Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.

• Finalize PT, GST, TDS complete process.

Computer knowledge: MS office- especially MS Advance Excel, MS outlook, power point presentation & ERP.

Skills:

• Able to work under deadlines and pressure.

• Proven work experience as a account & Finance manager/ Executive

• Hands on experience with ERP & MS Office (Particularly Advance MS Excel)

• Excellent communication

• Team management skills

• Strong analytical and organization skills

• Record Maintaining & Document Management Skill

• Knowledge & Experience in Emergency Preparedness

• Experience in Problem solving Techniques.

• Knowledge of Legal, Statutory & regulatory Requirement including but not limited to GST, TDS, PT, PF, IT, GAAP,

IND AS, Co. Act. ROC

• Excellent Time Management Skills
