Responsibilities

• Design and develop visually appealing websites that adhere to the latest design standards.
• Collaborate with developers and the project managing team to ensure cohesive website functionality and aesthetics.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Ensure that websites are optimized for various devices and screen sizes.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of design trends, tools, and best practices.

Skills:

• UI/UX Design: Wireframing, prototyping, and user experience optimization.
• Frontend Development: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, ReactJS (basic knowledge).
• Responsive Design: CSS frameworks like Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, or Material-UI.
• Cross-Browser Compatibility: Ensuring consistency across different browsers.
• SEO Basics: Understanding how design affects search engine ranking.
• Web Performance Optimization: Techniques for faster load times and smooth interactions.
• Web Design Tools: Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar design software. (Optional)

Qualifications:

• 1 to 2 years of experience in web design.
• Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently.
