Job Description: We are seeking a skilled WordPress Plugin Developer to create and customize plugins, focusing primarily on WooCommerce add-ons. Candidates should have expertise in PHP and a strong grasp of WordPress hooks, filters, and coding standards. Developers experienced with CodeIgniter or Laravel are encouraged to apply, as they can quickly transition to WordPress development with our guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain custom WordPress and WooCommerce plugins.
  • Ensure scalability, security, and performance while adhering to WordPress coding standards.
  • Debug and resolve plugin-related issues and compatibility challenges.
  • Collaborate with the team to seamlessly integrate plugins into projects.
  • Provide technical support, updates, and enhancements for plugins.
  • Stay up-to-date with trends in WordPress and WooCommerce development.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience in PHP development.
  • Proficient in WordPress plugin architecture and development.
  • Knowledge of hooks, filters, and shortcodes in WordPress.
  • Familiarity with WooCommerce plugin development.
  • Bonus: Experience with PHP frameworks like CodeIgniter or Laravel.
  • Hands-on experience with MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Proficiency in REST API and third-party integrations.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
