Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Web Plugin Developer to join our team. The role focuses on developing and customizing a wide range of plugins, with a primary emphasis on WooCommerce addon plugins. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in PHP and an excellent understanding of WordPress hooks, filters, and coding standards. Knowledge of PHP frameworks like CodeIgniter or Laravel will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain custom web plugins, including WooCommerce addon plugins.
• Ensure adherence to WordPress coding standards to build scalable, secure, and efficient plugins.
• Work with WordPress hooks, filters, actions, and shortcodes to create custom functionalities.
• Debug and resolve plugin performance or compatibility issues.
• Collaborate with the team to integrate custom plugins into existing projects seamlessly.
• Provide technical support for plugins, including updates and enhancements.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in WordPress and WooCommerce ecosystems.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in PHP with at least 1 year of professional experience.
• Hands-on experience in WordPress plugin development and familiarity with its architecture.
• Knowledge of WordPress hooks, filters, actions, and coding standards.
• Familiarity with WooCommerce and its addon plugin development.
• Experience with PHP frameworks like CodeIgniter or Laravel is a plus.
• Proficiency in MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of REST API integration and third-party API usage.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
