Job Title: Sales Executive - Work from Home (Preferred candidates from Pune, Ahmedabad, and Rajkot)

Location: Work from Home (Candidates from Pune, Ahmedabad, Rajkot preferred)

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team. This is a remote position, but we prefer candidates based in Pune, Ahmedabad, or Rajkot. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with potential clients, and promoting Expertia’s AI-powered recruitment solutions. This role requires an excellent understanding of sales processes, strong communication skills, and a passion for technology and AI-driven innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Outreach & Lead Generation:
  • Identify and target potential clients in the HR tech and recruitment industry.
  • Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calling, emailing, and social selling (LinkedIn).
  • Generate new business opportunities by engaging with potential customers.
  • Sales Presentations & Demos:
  • Conduct product demos and presentations via video conferencing (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).
  • Tailor the sales pitch to address the specific needs and pain points of each client.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions to help them achieve their goals.
  • Sales Negotiation & Closing:
  • Lead negotiations and close deals effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of the product for new clients.
  • Sales Reporting & CRM Updates:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and progress using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Provide regular reports to the sales manager regarding performance, goals, and pipeline.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience:
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in B2B sales or inside sales, preferably in SaaS, recruitment technology, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Communication Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with clients and tailor communication to different audiences.
  • Sales Process Expertise:
  • Strong understanding of the sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales automation tools.
  • Tech-Savvy:
  • Comfortable working with technology and digital platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of SaaS products, recruitment, or HR tech is a plus.
  • Self-Motivated & Results-Driven:
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve and surpass sales targets.
  • Location:
  • Candidates based in Pune, Ahmedabad, and Rajkot are preferred.
