We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team. This is a remote position, but we prefer candidates based in Pune, Ahmedabad, or Rajkot. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with potential clients, and promoting Expertia’s AI-powered recruitment solutions. This role requires an excellent understanding of sales processes, strong communication skills, and a passion for technology and AI-driven innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Outreach & Lead Generation:
- Identify and target potential clients in the HR tech and recruitment industry.
- Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calling, emailing, and social selling (LinkedIn).
- Generate new business opportunities by engaging with potential customers.
- Sales Presentations & Demos:
- Conduct product demos and presentations via video conferencing (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).
- Tailor the sales pitch to address the specific needs and pain points of each client.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions to help them achieve their goals.
- Sales Negotiation & Closing:
- Lead negotiations and close deals effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of the product for new clients.
- Sales Reporting & CRM Updates:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and progress using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
- Provide regular reports to the sales manager regarding performance, goals, and pipeline.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in B2B sales or inside sales, preferably in SaaS, recruitment technology, or related industries.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Communication Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly with clients and tailor communication to different audiences.
- Sales Process Expertise:
- Strong understanding of the sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales automation tools.
- Tech-Savvy:
- Comfortable working with technology and digital platforms.
- Strong knowledge of SaaS products, recruitment, or HR tech is a plus.
- Self-Motivated & Results-Driven:
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve and surpass sales targets.
- Location:
- Candidates based in Pune, Ahmedabad, and Rajkot are preferred.
