Job Title: Sales Engineer – CAD/CAM/ERP Software Solutions
Location: Bangalore
Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Last Saturday working)
Education:
- BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in CAD sales, software sales, technical and IT product sales, or industrial product sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain professional, consultative relationships with clients, including executive-level stakeholders, focusing on mid-to-large accounts.
- Understand clients' unique business, engineering, and technology needs to propose suitable solutions.
- Leverage existing client relationships to drive new business growth and expand the sales pipeline.
- Provide in-depth knowledge of clients' organizational structures and product development, manufacturing, and purchasing processes.
- Drive sales activities in existing and new accounts by prospecting, qualifying leads, identifying needs, proposing solutions, and closing deals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, associated solutions, and key partners.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Proven B2B solution sales experience.
- Experience working in technical environments, particularly in the engineering or manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of product development and manufacturing processes.
- Demonstrated success in solution-based sales approaches.
- Experience with CAD/CAM/CAE/PDM/ERP software solutions.
