Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Outbound Lead Generation Executive to join our dynamic team. The role involves identifying potential customers, initiating contact, and generating quality leads for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
π Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products/services and generate interest.
π Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and forward them to the sales team.
π Maintain and update lead databases and CRM systems.
π Achieve daily/weekly/monthly lead generation targets.
π Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns.
π Provide valuable feedback on lead quality to the marketing and sales teams.
π― Skills Required:
β Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
β Persuasive, confident, and comfortable making outbound calls.
β Ability to handle rejection and maintain motivation.
β Basic knowledge of CRM software and lead management.
