Job Description:

We are hiring an Industry Solution Sales Specialist to join our growing team in Bangalore. We are looking for experienced professionals with 2–3 years of B2B sales expertise in CAD/CAM/ERP solutions or technical product sales.

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Working Days: Monday to Friday (last Saturday of the month is working)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

About the Role:

We are offering an exciting opportunity for consultative sales professionals who can build relationships, identify client needs, and deliver tailored CAD/CAM/CAE/PDM/ERP solutions to mid-to-large enterprises.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, within target accounts.
• Understand client requirements and provide customized solutions aligned with their business goals.
• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying leads.
• Execute the complete sales cycle—prospecting, presenting solutions, negotiating, and closing deals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and leverage this knowledge to add value during client interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Experience: 2–3 years in CAD/software sales, IT/technical product sales, or industrial product sales.
• Education: Any undergraduate degree.
• Proven track record in B2B solution sales with measurable success.
• Hands-on experience in selling CAD/CAM/ERP solutions is a plus.
• Strong understanding of product development, manufacturing processes, and engineering environments.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
