Job Description:

Vendor Outreach:

  • Identify and connect with electronics component manufacturers and distributors.
  • Establish initial communication via calls, emails, and other channels to explain the platform's value proposition.


Meeting Coordination:

  • Schedule and organize meetings (virtual or on-site) with potential vendors and distributors.
  • Prepare and share pre-meeting agendas to ensure productive discussions.


On-Site Visits & Presentations:

  • Visit vendor offices to provide face-to-face presentations showcasing the benefits of onboarding to the platform.
  • Address queries and concerns, highlighting how the platform will streamline their operations and increase their reach.


Onboarding:

  • Guide vendors through the registration and onboarding process on the platform.
  • Ensure their product catalog is accurately listed and optimized for visibility.


Relationship Building:

  • Build and maintain professional relationships with vendors and distributors to ensure long-term engagement.
  • Act as a liaison between vendors and internal teams to address concerns and facilitate smooth operations.


Market Insights:

  • Gather feedback from vendors and distributors to understand industry trends and improve platform offerings.
  • Share insights with the product and marketing teams for continuous improvement.


Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in vendor management, business development, or sales, preferably in the electronics or e-commerce domain.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with fluency in English and hindi (both verbal and written).
  • A professional and confident demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to onboard vendors effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office, and presentation software.
  • Ability to travel frequently for face-to-face meetings and presentations.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
